Medical Disclaimer
Cervical Curve Guide is for general health education only. It is not a medical diagnosis, medical advice, physical therapy prescription, or substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
Emergency and red flag symptoms
Seek prompt medical care if you have new or worsening weakness, numbness, walking or balance changes, bowel or bladder changes, fever, unexplained weight loss, recent trauma, cancer history, severe headache, or symptoms that are rapidly spreading.
Exercise and rehabilitation content
Exercise examples, sport modifications, and video links are educational references, not replacements for the on-site safety guidance or individualized care. They may not be safe or appropriate for every person. Stop any activity that worsens arm pain, hand numbness, weakness, dizziness, coordination, or symptoms that remain worse the next day.
Imaging findings
Terms such as cervical kyphosis, straight neck, and loss of cervical lordosis describe imaging or posture findings. They do not, by themselves, prove the source of pain. Clinical history, examination, and sometimes imaging or nerve testing are needed to understand symptoms.
No clinician-patient relationship
Using this site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Decisions about diagnosis, treatment, medication, imaging, injections, surgery, or return to sport should be made with qualified healthcare professionals who can evaluate you directly.
